We emphasize one-on-one service; when you bring in an idea or a repair, you get to deal personally with the person or persons who will actually do the work for you. How does it happen?

1. The client will sit down with the jewelry designer and together they will sketch the design idea.

2. Once the picture is complete, the design will be crafted in 3-dimension wax.

3.Upon customer approval of the wax model, the piece will then be cast in gold or platinum.

4.Finally, the piece is filed and polished, then the stones are set. A fine finish polish heightens the luster, and the client has a piece of jewelry that's not only useful and decorative, but an original custom-made piece of art.
